Lavender Twist® Weeping Redbud

  • Description: Strongly weeping, vigorous mounding selection.  Identified by Westfield Nursery in Westfield, NY in 1991, growing in the garden of Miss Connie Covey.  Introduced and patented by Brotzman’s Nursery in 1997.  The zigzag weeping habit requires staking to develop greater height.  Large green leaves produce a dense canopy.
